🧔 Founder Bio (Short)
Richard Riley is a U.S. Army veteran, father of five, and working-class advocate for civic equity. After navigating family court, housing instability, and public systems firsthand, he launched FFPA to put policy power back into the hands of the people who live with its outcomes.
